Regulatory Compliance and Legal Consultancy: He offers expert advice to individuals, corporations, firms, and associations on regulatory compliance, litigation strategies, documentation, conveyancing, and general legal counselling. His consultancy extends to compliance matters under land laws in Himachal Pradesh, including property purchase and lease. He also specializes in compliance for the medical/Industrial Hemp/cannabis regulations in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand and Madhya Pradesh, working closely with the Excise Department, Ayush, and Horticulture Department for compliance, permissions, and licensing.

Policy Advocacy: Advocate Khanna has been instrumental in policy formation for the legalization and commercial use of hemp in Himachal Pradesh, both through Litigation and working as a member of the Himachal Cannabis Committee constituted by the Legislative Assembly of the State.

Commitment to Legal Aid:

He is dedicated to providing pro bono legal aid for public interest matters, particularly those related to civil liberties, human rights, environmental law, and also for clients eligible for legal aid under Hon’ble court’s guidelines.

Educational Background:

A proud alumnus of the prestigious National Law School, Advocate Khanna graduated with a first-class degree in B.Com. LLB (Hons.). He has been part of various national and international moot court competitions and law conferences, representing his law school. He participates as a judge at moot courts and helps students improve their advocacy skills.
